Hourly/Non-Commissioned Full Time Benefits
Hourly/Non-Commissioned Personal Time Off (PTO)
- Employees with less than 1 year of service will accrue 1.0 hour of PTO for every 40.0 hours worked
- Employees with greater than 1 year of service and less than 10 years of service will accrue 1.6 hours of PTO for every 40.0 hours worked
- Employees with 10 or more years of service will accrue 2.5 hours of PTO for every 40.0 hours worked
- PTO rate of pay will be calculated using a prior three calendar month look-back period and paid at the employee’s standard hourly rate
Health Benefits
Titus-Will’s commitment to its full-time employees includes providing excellent health care benefits with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees are eligible for coverage the first full month after 60 days of employment.
Retirement Benefits
Full-time and part-time employees of Titus-Will who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in Titus-Will’s 401K Savings Plan.
The Titus-Will 401K Savings Plan was established to provide a long-term financial planning, savings, and investment program. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K Savings Plan after 90 days of employment. Employees are eligible for the employer match component after six months of employment.
Holidays
The following days are paid holidays for Titus-Will Sales Consultants when they fall on a scheduled workday:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day*
- Independence Day
- Labor Day*
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
*Sales Department employees (including support staff) are required to work on Memorial Day and Labor Day. These are not paid holidays for these employees.
