The Titus-Will Apprentice Program has been developed to provide a pathway to success for our future technicians. The program provides a great opportunity to work side by side with a master technician, whose guidance will provide the means to succeed as a flat-rate technician. From start to finish, the program will show the apprentice what it takes to be a true professional and learn the “Titus-Will Way”. The apprentice will learn how we interact with each other, each department, customers, and our support staff. The apprentice will begin to understand the importance of a solid work ethic and how we depend on each other daily as a team. At the end of the program, the apprentice will become a productive member of a highly successful team.
