Flat Rate Technicians
Compensation
Flat Rate Technicians are paid an hourly rate ranging from $20/flat rate hour to $42/flat rate hour depending on skill level and time on job plus incentives based on productivity that could pay up to $2/flat rate hour over the existing rate. A year end incentive may be offered based on ongoing education objectives.
Flat Rate Personal Time Off (PTO)
- Employees with less than 1 year of service will accrue 1.0 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked
- Employees with greater than 1 year of service and less than 10 years of service will accrue 1.6 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked
- Employees with 10 or more years of service will accrue 2.5 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked
- PTO rate of pay for actual time off will be the employee’s effective labor rate using a prior three month calendar look-back period
- Flat rate employees may cash out unused PTO over 40.0 hours at the employee’s base hourly rate between November 15th and December 15th of the current calendar year
Health Benefits
Titus-Will’s commitment to its full-time employees includes providing excellent health care benefits with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees are eligible for coverage the first full month after 60 days of employment.
Retirement Benefits
Full-time and part-time employees of Titus-Will who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in Titus-Will’s 401K Savings Plan.
The Titus-Will 401K Savings Plan was established to provide a long-term financial planning, savings, and investment program. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K Savings Plan after 90 days of employment. Employees are eligible for the employer match component after six months of employment.
