Sales Consultant

Compensation

Sales Consultants are paid a commission rate of 25% to 40% of payable vehicle gross profit based on sales volume.

Other Compensation

Additional incentives may be offered based on current sales objectives.

Commissioned Personal Time Off (PTO)

  • Commissioned employees will accrue 1.0 hour of PTO for every 40.0 hours worked
  • PTO rate of pay will be calculated using a prior three calendar month look-back period

Health Benefits

Titus-Will’s commitment to its full-time employees includes providing excellent health care benefits with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees are eligible for coverage the first full month after 60 days of employment.

Retirement Benefits

Full-time and part-time employees of Titus-Will who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in Titus-Will’s 401K Savings Plan.

The Titus-Will 401K Savings Plan was established to provide a long-term financial planning, savings, and investment program. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K Savings Plan after 90 days of employment. Employees are eligible for the employer match component after six months of employment.

The following days are paid holidays for Titus-Will Sales Consultants when they fall on a scheduled workday:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Easter
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
