Titus-Will Automotive Group employs Service Advisors in 9 different service facilities in Tacoma, Lakewood, Parkland and Olympia. Are you knowledgeable about the automotive industry? Do you care about keeping your vehicle in top working order? Would you be able to extend that care to others and make recommendations based on technical information? One or our organization’s founding principles is “Titus-Will Protected”. As a service advisor, your main role is communicating vehicle care needs to our customers. Our shared goal is helping keep our customer’s vehicles in top running order, providing safe and reliable transportation for friends and family, and protecting an investment. A Titus-Will Service Advisor must be able to share recommendations and advice from our technicians with our customers.
Every customer interaction is a new adventure, and your friendly positive attitude will help us all be successful as a team. Our working environments are professional and courteous, with a focus on quality. Phone skills are a must, but you will also be expected to be proficient in email and text messaging as we honor the customer’s communication preferences.
Titus-Will Automotive Group has two Ford locations, two GM locations, in addition to Toyota and Hyundai, QuickLane, Titus-Will Service and Tire in Tacoma and a QuickLube in Olynpia.
