Service Advisor

Compensation

Service Advisors are paid a base salary of $2000 to $3000 per month based on experience plus a commission rate of 2.0% to 2.5% of payable parts and labor sales based on customer satisfaction objectives. Additional incentives may be offered based on current objectives.

Commissioned Personal Time Off (PTO)

  • Commissioned employees will accrue 1.0 hour of PTO for every 40.0 hours worked
  • PTO rate of pay will be calculated using a prior three calendar month look-back period

Health Benefits

Titus-Will’s commitment to its full-time employees includes providing excellent health care benefits with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees are eligible for coverage the first full month after 60 days of employment.

Retirement Benefits

Full-time and part-time employees of Titus-Will who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in Titus-Will’s 401K Savings Plan.

The Titus-Will 401K Savings Plan was established to provide a long-term financial planning, savings, and investment program. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K Savings Plan after 90 days of employment. Employees are eligible for the employer match component after six months of employment.
